Local delivery service and freight

  1. If you choose the delivery service in the order, we will confirm the delivery date and time with you by email. Please note that there is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
  2. Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are only available for delivery in the afternoon of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Lantau Island (Mui Wo to Tai O) is only available for delivery on Wednesdays and Fridays (except public holidays).
  3. Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, some outlying islands, Disneyland, warehouse (or transfer warehouse) delivery, courier companies, shipping, public places (such as: stations/streets/stairs, etc.).
  4. Free shipping for members who spend over HK$1000 on daytime delivery orders; HK$100 shipping fee will be charged if the purchase is less than the free shipping standard; HK$100 shipping fee will be charged for night delivery.
  5. If there is an elevator available at the delivery address, and you need to go up or down the stairs before or after using the elevator, an additional fee will be charged for each item and each floor (each product will be charged HK$30 per floor; all steps that are not between floors will be 10 steps as a floor, and each floor will be charged HK$30 per item, except gifts). If the building has a loft, it will be charged as one floor.
  6. If there is no direct lift to the delivery address, we will only provide night delivery, and will charge a basic night shipping fee of HK$100, and an additional fee will be charged for each item and each floor (each product will be charged HK$30 per floor; all steps that are not between floors will be 10 steps, and each floor will be charged HK$30 per item, except gifts). If the building has a loft, it will be charged as one floor.
  7. If the delivery location cannot be directly accessed by a truck, after the delivery staff evaluates, the goods can be delivered on foot, but the following conditions must be met: 1) The consignee must be present to lead the way; 2) The walk should not exceed 10 minutes; 3) A flat, wide, and safe road. If the above conditions are not met, the nearest parking spot will be arranged for delivery, such as: parking lot, village entrance, public mailbox, etc.
  8. If the actual environment does not match the information on the delivery note, the customer will need to pay additional fees, such as stair fees, etc., and the relevant charges cannot be listed in the delivery note immediately. Customers need to pay the shipping fee to the deliveryman in cash upon arrival.
  9. We will not be responsible for any delay or inability to complete delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or other causes beyond our control.
  10. On the day of delivery, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended immediately, and related orders will be arranged for delivery on another date.
  11. If you need to change the content of your order (such as: delivery address, delivery time or additional purchases, etc.), please notify us at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before the original delivery date and time.
  12. If for any reason we need to revise the shipping date, we will notify you of the changed date as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are for reference only. In no event shall we be liable for any early or delayed dispatch (however caused and whether notified to you) of the dispatch date.
  13. If you fail to collect the purchased Products within thirty days of receiving the order confirmation email; or fail to give us adequate or accurate delivery instructions, we may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, in our sole and absolute discretion:
    1. store the product until actual dispatch and charge you HK$1000 per month; or
    2. Cancel your order and charge you for any additional expenses and losses incurred by us due to insufficient or inaccurate order information or failure to receive the goods; or
    3. Dispose of unclaimed products in any way without incurring any obligation or liability to you.
  14. When the products have been delivered or collected, we shall be deemed to have duly performed all our obligations under the contract and the delivered products shall be deemed to be of satisfactory quality.
  15. All risk in the product will pass to you immediately after the product has been delivered to the delivery address or collected, but we retain title to the product until all related payments have been received.
