Return and Refund Policy

  • We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way and require a replacement, you must make a request in accordance with our replacement policy. Otherwise, the product will be deemed to be free from any quality or specification issues, and this replacement policy is your sole remedy for all damages, losses, liability and compensation arising from any product quality or specification.
  • Any replacement request made in a manner not in accordance with this provision will be considered void. We reserve the right to deny any invalid replacement request at our sole discretion. In the event of any dispute arising therefrom, we have the final decision.
  • You must submit a replacement request to us within ten days from the day you sign for the product, and must meet the following conditions:
    • All returned items must be unopened or unused;
    • All parts, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards (not filled in), gifts and discounted gifts must be intact and returned together with the goods;
    • Present the original invoice and the credit card used for the purchase;
    • Otherwise, the company will have the right to refuse the replacement. If you fail to complete and return the required documents or goods, the company reserves the right to reject your application.
  • The product to be replaced must be free of damage, flower residue, and signs of being wetted and/or damaged by water and/or other substances.
  • You can only exchange items of the same model and color.
  • The 10-day shopping protection is not applicable to personal care products, earphones and certain designated products.
  • The 10-day shopping guarantee is not applicable to products that customers have registered for maintenance online.
  • The 10-day shopping guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.
  • When exchanging products, you must present the original purchase receipt and submit it to the designated Broadway branch.
  • The maintenance and guarantee of the product is the responsibility of the agent/supplier/manufacturer. Product care details depend on the manufacturer/supplier's policy. During the warranty period, you can return the product to the manufacturer/supplier for repair. Please refer to the warranty certificate of the product or inquire with the agent/manufacturer/supplier.
  • We have the right, but are not obligated, to review these Terms and Conditions and any information in our absolute discretion, to review, edit, edit or make changes in any other way without notice.
  • In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
